1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StayZio, creating an account, making a reservation or using related StayZio services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced within them.

2. StayZio's role

StayZio provides a technology platform that helps users discover and reserve participating hotels for available hourly or Full Day stays. Accommodation is ultimately provided by the relevant hotel partner.

3. Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and booking information.
• Keep OTPs and passwords secure.
• Meet the hotel's lawful identification, age and guest requirements.
• Use hotel rooms and facilities lawfully and responsibly.

4. Bookings & stay durations

Available StayZio durations may include 3-hour, 6-hour and Full Day options depending on the property and available inventory.

5. Pricing & payments

• Checkout totals may include room charges, selected add-ons, taxes and other clearly disclosed charges.
• Online payments may be processed through payment providers supported by StayZio.
• If Pay at Hotel is offered, the booking may be confirmed while the amount remains payable directly at the hotel.
• Prices may vary by hotel, date, time, duration, availability and promotions.

6. Hotel policies

Each StayZio-listed hotel may have its own identification, guest, couple/local-ID, visitor, smoking, alcohol, facility and check-in policies. Guests should review the property information before booking.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the StayZio Cancellation Policy and any property-specific condition clearly shown before booking.

8. Service availability & applicable law

Temporary outages, hotel operational issues, network failures or third-party service disruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law in India.
