Hotel-specific options may include 3-hour, 6-hour and Full Day stays.
How does StayZio Full Day stay work?
Standard Full Day timing is 12:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM checkout the next day. Additional charges may apply if checkout is extended beyond the applicable 11:00 AM cutoff.
Can I cancel my StayZio booking?
Eligible cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in receive a full refund. A 15-minute grace window is also available for genuine mistake bookings, provided the stay has not already started.
How long does an approved refund take?
Approved refunds may take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect depending on the bank or payment provider.
Urgent issue at hotel check-in
If you are already at the hotel: do not immediately create a second booking. Contact StayZio Support with the original booking ID so the reservation and payment status can be checked first.
