• Booking information: hotel, room, stay duration, check-in/check-out details, number of guests, add-ons and booking history.
• Payment information: payment status, transaction reference and payment method. Card, UPI or wallet credentials are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not intended to be stored by StayZio.
• Support information: messages, booking IDs and details you provide when requesting assistance.

• Location information: where your permission and the relevant StayZio feature require it.

• Create and secure your StayZio account.
• Search, reserve and manage hotel stays.
• Send OTPs, booking confirmations, invoices/receipts and service notifications.
• Share necessary booking details with the selected hotel.
• Process payments, refunds and security checks.
• Provide customer support and resolve booking disputes.
• Improve StayZio service quality, performance and user experience.

4. Sharing of information

StayZio may share information with hotel partners, payment gateways, SMS/OTP providers, hosting/cloud providers and other service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver StayZio services.

StayZio uses reasonable administrative, technical and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Information may be retained as reasonably required for bookings, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations.
